Dhananjaya Bandara Celebrates 25 Years of Creative Excellence in Style

Dhananjaya Bandara, one of Sri Lanka’s most celebrated names in bridal and fashion couture, marked a significant milestone, 25 years of creative excellence, at a grand event held on the 24th of June 2025 at the Hilton Colombo.
The exclusive evening unveiled a stunning capsule collection that paid homage to timeless ethnic bridal and fashion craftsmanship, reaffirming Bandara’s signature blend of tradition and elegance. The event was graced by a distinguished guest list comprising industry leaders, celebrities, fashion enthusiasts, and long-standing clients.
The celebration began with a formal launch, followed by an elegant runway show where models showcased intricately crafted pieces reflecting the designer’s signature style and attention to detail.
Guests followed a curated dress code of Eastern or ethnic attire in soft, regal hues of off-white, ivory, beige, and gold, complementing the aesthetic of the evening.
