IWINSPIRATION 5.0 Celebrates the Achievement of Young Women Leaders

Women in Management (WIM), together with New Generation, recently celebrated the successful completion of the WINSPIRATION 5.0 mentorship programme at a graduation ceremony held at the CIMA Auditorium. The event recognized 45 young women from across Sri Lanka who completed a three-month professional mentorship journey designed to strengthen leadership skills, professional development, and career aspirations.

The ceremony featured inspiring addresses by Chief Guest Santhush Weeraman and Guest of Honour Shamir Zavahir, who shared valuable insights on leadership, purpose, and navigating legal challenges in the digital age. The event highlighted the transformative power of mentorship in empowering the next generation of women leaders and creating opportunities for personal and professional growth.
