The Aluth Pola A Market with a Mission

The Aluth Pola, a vibrant community market with a cause, took place on Sunday, 29th June at Body Bar, Jawatte Avenue, Colombo 05. Organised by Justice for Animals, the pop-up fundraiser brought together a passionate crowd in support of animal welfare.
From lush homegrown plants and handmade crafts to eco-conscious fashion, books, and baked goods, the event showcased an array of local entrepreneurs and ethical brands. More than just a shopping experience, each purchase helped fund life-saving sterilisation, vaccination, and veterinary care for stray animals in rural Sri Lanka.
With a strong message of compassion and sustainability, The Aluth Pola proved to be a meaningful day out, creating impact for animals, empowering communities, and promoting conscious living.
