Charcoal Tandoor Fire Grill was officially launched in Colombo, introducing a contemporary dining concept centred on live fire cooking. Located at Capitol Twin Peaks, the restaurant offers a refined culinary experience inspired by the Spice Route. The launch event was attended by invited guests, media, and industry representatives. The concept is presented by Soho Hospitality in partnership with Bathiya Jayakody, Santhush Weeraman, and Mevan Gunatilleke.
