The result is an elegant multi-concept building that houses her design studio, café, salon, and even dedicated spaces for a nail bar and permanent makeup studio. It’s a one-stop hub that embodies her philosophy of beauty, balance, and refined living.
The café mirrors Gayathri’s signature aesthetic , refined yet approachable. Every corner speaks of thoughtful design, and every detail, from the tableware to the playlist, has been curated with intention. But beyond the design lies the heart of Silk Café Resto: its menu. Crafted with inspiration from global cuisines. French, Greek, Italian, Thai, and Sri Lankan, the dishes here celebrate creativity, flavor, and comfort in equal measure.
To begin the tasting experience, the Tuna Melt was a perfect opener, warm, satisfying, and layered with just the right balance of textures. The richness of the tuna filling paired beautifully with the gooey melt of cheese, making it a dish that feels both hearty and familiar. It earns a strong 4/5 for its balance and flavor.
