St. Bridget’s Convent Past Pupils Gather for a Joyous Picnic of Sunshine and Sisterhood

The golden shores of Waikkala came alive on Saturday, 19th July 2025, as the Past Pupils’ Association of St. Bridget’s Convent hosted its much-loved annual picnic, Shamrocks & Sunshine, at the picturesque Suriya Resort. True to its name, the event was a celebration of warmth, laughter, and the enduring bonds of sisterhood that unite Bridgetines across generations.

With over 300 past pupils in attendance, the event wasn’t just a day at the beach - it was a tribute to lasting friendships and shared memories that define the Bridgetine spirit. It served as a gentle reminder that though time may pass, the bond between Bridgetines remains strong and full of heart.
