An Elegant Celebration by the Alumnae of St. Bridget’s Convent Melbourne shimmered in vintage elegance on the evening of June 28th as the Bridgetines in Melbourne, under the graceful leadership of President Sulali Pereira and her dedicated team, hosted an unforgettable evening themed “Old Hollywood.”
The event transported guests to a bygone era of cinematic grandeur, with opulent décor, exquisite cuisine, and enchanting melodies that echoed the golden age of Tinseltown. Attendees arrived in sophisticated attire, adding sparkle to the evening with their charisma and charm, making the atmosphere reminiscent of a classic Hollywood scene.
A highlight of the night was the presentation of the Bridgetine Spirit Award to Swarna Pragnaratne, honored for her unwavering grace and dedication to the community. The evening beautifully celebrated friendship, unity, and elegance - a true tribute to the enduring spirit of the Bridgetines.
